The front desk was rude and unhelpful.

We hebben echt genoten van onze vakantie hier. The room was ruim and heel schoon, wat echt aangenaam was na a long dag exploring. The service at the casino was top-notch, altijd vriendelijk and behulpzaam. Alleen de geluidsisolatie was niet zo goed, we konden our buren horen praten late in the night.

I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was. During my stay, I had a memorable interaction with Tammy at the poolside cafe. her kindness truly made my day! 😊

Unfortunately, the bathtub in our room was clogged, which made for an unpleasant experience.

Not perfect, but worth it

The room was private and quiet I enjoyed the delicious tiramisu at the Poolside Cafe and liked having access to the pools and fitness center at the nearby resort.

The elevators were a major hassle with lengthy wait times and the staff at check-in appeared annoyed which made the arrival frustrating.

The stay was enjoyable with clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location next to In-N-Out! 🍔

Got a decent clean room, bed was comfy, and the check-in was quick enough. What I didn't like were them slow elevators, felt like forever waitin'. The pool was nice, too, but crowded as a bee's nest. The folks were friendly, made ya feel right at home, especially in the casino with the lively atmosphere. Some of them machines were kinder than others, that’s for sure!

The spacious room had a fantastic jetted tub and comfortable bed, making for a delightful stay. However, the bathroom showed signs of neglect, and the staff's overall attitude was disappointing.

The vibrant casino was exciting, but the weak A/C made it uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the elevators were quite slow, and I often found myself waiting for a long time. The jacuzzi near the pool was out of service during my visit, which was a letdown, especially on hot days. Additionally, housekeeping seemed inconsistent. I expected daily service but only got it sporadically. Overall, I appreciated the location and the fun atmosphere but did wish for better staffing and maintenance.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, leading to a filthy room upon arrival, while food options were limited and very average.

Our non-smoking room was clean, and the AC and shower worked like a dream. Loved the refrigerator for drinks, very handy!

The pool closed an hour early—what is this, a retirement home? Also, the decor is screaming for a makeover, perhaps a yard sale would help?

Staying at Tropicana was a good experience! I loved the spacious room and the vibrant casino atmosphere made evenings enjoyable. The dated bathroom could use some improvement. It was a nice trip!
